FAQ Ordering

All meal orders must be placed before Thursday at midnight of every week to ensure you receive your meals for pick up or delivery on Sundays.   

Yes! Our meals are available for delivery if they are within the designated delivery range. This information is displayed to you when conducting a meal order. Meals are delivered every Sunday from 12 PM - 2 PM.

During your weekly order placement choose the delivery option upon check out. Be sure to include your desired time frame in the delivery notes.  

Yes! Meals are available for pick up at various locations near the ASU Tempe campus every Sunday from 12 PM - 2 PM. Please choose the pickup option when placing your meal orders & select the desired pick-up location. 

Yes. Most of our menu is gluten free. Be sure to look for the gluten free tag on our menu items when placing your order. 

All meals are cooked with a base of virgin olive oil, pink salt & fresh cracked pepper. All seasoning & sauces come on the side in each meal option. 

Upon request, you may choose to swap out the veggie & carb options for another option on the menu. Just indicate in your order notes you would like this changed. 

Our meals are placed in 16 Oz BPA free PET recyclable plastic containers & packed in insulated bags when delivered. 

Yes. We have several meal options meat free. All meals are dairy free. 

No. All meals come pre-prepared & only require a quick re-heat in the microwave. 

Yes. Most mini fridges fit 5 - 7 of our meals.
